Our authentic Italian recipe uses finely ground beef and a savory mix of sweet and spicy seasonings to achieve a robust flavor profile (umami). We cook our sauce for six hours, forty gallons per batch, and are sure that you will taste the love and history in Jim's.

Product is sold frozen to preserve freshness and optimize the convenience of having a meal ready to heat and eat at your fingertips. For best results, thaw overnight in the refrigerator. To prepare, heat on medium and stir frequently.

At the restaurant, the sauce is served on spaghetti, and we highly recommend you try it that way first, but we also encourage you to experiment with Jim's. Some easy alternatives include lasagna, chili dogs,"Sloppy Jim's," and pizza. No limits... simply have fun exploring the possibilities.
